As a clinical supervisor with 29 years of experience, I offer comprehensive supervision to individuals working towards licensure in the State of Florida. My primary goal is to enhance your clinical skills, ensure ethical and effective practice, and promote your professional development. Clinical supervision is a crucial component of your journey to becoming a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and I am committed to providing the support and guidance you need. My supervision sessions include various key components such as case reviews, reflective practice, feedback and evaluation, skill building, and ethical guidance. We will also focus on necessary paperwork, biopsychosocial assessments, treatment plans, process mock exams, and support for your self-care. I offer both individual and group supervision sessions to suit your needs. Individual supervision involves one-on-one sessions between us, typically held weekly or biweekly, allowing for personalized attention and detailed feedback. Group supervision sessions provide opportunities for peer learning and support, fostering a collaborative and enriching environment. Supervision can occur in-person or remotely via telecommunications methods such as video conferencing, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
